  • 5 large apples,
  • 5 large tomatoes,

  • 2 ½ pounds low fat cottage cheese, 
  • 5 hard-boiled eggs, 
  • 1 pack of whole wheat crackers,
  • 1 bottle red wine.

Each of the five days eat the above products in the following order:

  • Breakfast: 1 hard-boiled egg with 1 large tomato 
  • Snack: 1 apple
  • Lunch: 8 oz low fat cottage cheese with 1 cucumber 
  • Dinner: 1 glass of wine with crackers.
