The benefits of Tea with Honey (Lost 10 lbs)!
Last summer I only had two weeks vacation since I have summer classes and me being 180 lbs, 5'2" seventeen year old adolescent isn't necessarily your picture of health.
SO what I did was I started to exclude rice from my diet! It was quite hard since it's our staple food and jasmine rice was almost too hard to resist!
Aside from that I would drink green tea after every meal with a touch of honey. Green tea is a known agent to help us lose weight but I bet some of you didn't know that honey helps as well? IT DOES! Not only does the sugar from honey help you to make that cup of tea tolerable but it is also a source of sugars as well!
That was the only thing I did, green tea and no rice. Aside from that I ate what I usually would and my regular consumption of sweets. Though sometimes I feel full from the tea and would just have yogurt and apple for dinner.
After 5 days I felt lighter and found out that I lost 5 lbs instantly! And I continued on til the next week and lost 5 more.
Though now I cannot really continue much with this diet since my program in college is hard and needs brain efficiency, i decided to eat rice again and the lost pounds were kept at bay.
However, I will ensure my steady supply of green tea come this October for me to resume this diet.
