It's good to be healthy

How I did that ? easy...
- stop eating after dinner, only drink water
- follow a proper meal time
- eat in small portion
- do not smell or even look yummy but unhealthy treats
- avoid junk foods and oily foods
- I do sit-ups !
- I ate too much
- I never ate breakfast before and loads up on lunch time
- My dinner portion is big, sometimes I ate 2 plates because of tiredness getting back from school
- When there is food I always eat especially when I was bored
- I rarely eats junk foods but oily foods are my favorites
