water diet

This a fast track diet to loose 5 kg in 5 days

Day one
8 cups of water +apples
Day two
10 cups of water + carrots
Day three
8 cups of water + vegetables ( fresh or steamed ) , fruits also allowed
Day four
8 cups of water +milk and bananas. ( 3 kg should be lost in the morning of this day)
Day five
10 cups of water + 6 to 8 fresh medium sized tomatoes
In the sixth day 5 kg will be lost
