A lot of people start losing weight alone and are often being thrown off tracks by their busy schedule that is hard to incorporate into a healthy lifestyle, or their friends and family members who just don't understand how desperate you are about losing weight, how much it means to you, and how much work it takes to drop those pounds. 

I think that the main reason why many of us fail is because we get no support from our community and lose our motivation. It requires a lot of will power to say 'no' to a fresh slice of cake, for example, when you haven't had any sugar in weeks and lived off steamed broccoli and tasteless chicken breast. It would be quite different if you were surrounded by people who made a healthy lifestyle their priority and shared the same goals with you. It would be much easier to keep pushing forward if you had a group of support around you, lifting you up, sharing diet recipes, workout techniques, and other weight loss tips with you, and making you feel motivated even at those days when it seems too hard to keep going. And we all have those days!

So this is why it is important to share, help yourself and help others.
