This quick diet for weight loss is designed for those who want fast results.

I do not recommend this diet for those who have long term weight loss goals or need to lose a lot of weight.

Typically quick weight loss diets can give you the yo-yo effect and mess up your metabolism and endocrine system making you gain even more weight.

This quick diet is only an emergency tool in case if you really, really need to look great for a special occasion that is coming up quickly.

If you stick to the quick diet to the very end you will be able to get rid of 15-30 pounds depending on your initial weight and health condition.

It takes 12 days to complete the diet.

After 12 days do not jump into eating everything within your sight.

Make sure you gradually return to your normal eating habits, introducing easily digested foods such as vegetables, fruits and grains at first and slowly moving towards more complex products such as dairy, meat or fish.

Quick Diet Plan

  • 1-3 days – Low fat plain yogurt or buttermilk (in any quantity) 
  • 4-6 days – Apples (in any quantity) 
  • 7-9 days – Skinless chicken (baked, grilled, broiled – whichever one you like) 
  • 10-12 days – Red wine with cheese, 1 oz of cheese for every glass of wine (in any quantity).
