No fat/low fat SUCKS!!
These products are a cheap money gimmic waste of time!! If you compare no far products to full fat you will soon realise that full fat is better. When low fat products are made they taste foul, so what do they do? Pack plenty or sugars, artificial flavours and chemicals so why bother?
So eat full fat cheeses etc, milk, yoghurts etc because they have much more nutrients in, and lets face it I think we would all prefere to be a healthy slim than bodies filled with chemicals!
Another tip..don't count calories excessively. See where the calories come from! Handful of nuts has a lot of calories in, probably like a chocolate bar. Work it out. Equal calories, but where the do the calories come from? Good fats? Or saturated fats and sugar??
