Lean Cuisine Diet


The following lean cuisine diet is great for those of us who want to lose weight but simply do not have enough time for complex diet plans.

It is perfect for people with busy and fast lifestyle who do not want to deal with messy and time consuming homemade meal preparation.

Of course you do not necessarily have to choose this brand's diet meals. On the contrary, you may choose any of the frozen dinner brands, just make sure they are good quality and don’t have too much fat or preservatives. Diet meal delivery is also something you should consider.

The duration of this diet is 1-2 weeks. You will be able to lose up to 10 pounds.

Business breakfast

Breakfast: Two cups of green or herbal tea with honey, 1 whole bran toast.

Lunch: Lean cuisine meal with about 200 calorie value, 1 large salad with lemon juice drizzle.

Snack: 1 granola bar, 1 apple.

Dinner: 2 cups of tea with honey, 1 1/2 cup of yogurt.
