Fresh Fruit Diet Menu

Day 1


Breakfast: half of medium melon, ½ cup of yogurt.

Lunch: Fruit salad made with kiwis, oranges and strawberries, mixed with 1 cup

of yogurt.

Snack: 2 plums.

Dinner: Half of grapefruit, 7 oz of lean chicken, mixed vegetable salad with lemon

juice.

Day 2


Breakfast: Cup of fresh berries, mixed with granola cereal.

Lunch: Several slices of pineapple.

Snack: 2 nectarines.

Dinner: 1 orange, 7 oz of sliced turkey breast with vegetable salad.

Day 3


Breakfast: Few slices of watermelon; 1 cup of yogurt.

Lunch: Fruit smoothie made from 1 banana, fresh strawberries and 1 cup of apple

juice.

Snack: 1 cup of fresh berries with yogurt.

Dinner: 7 oz of white fish grilled with lemon juice, steamed green vegetables.
