Anti Depression Diet

Snack: 1 cup of fruit salad, 1 cup of low fat yogurt with nuts.
Lunch: turkey breast with roasted vegetables, 1 small Greek salad, bananas with whipped cream.
Snack: 1 cup of mint tea, 1 whole wheat toast with black currant jelly or jam.
Dinner: trout baked with cheese, steamed asparagus, 1 cup of hot chocolate.
