Quick 3 Day Weight Loss Diet
This quick 3 day weight loss diet is great way to lose weight fast. It is perfect for spring or summer time when you have an access to a wide variety of fresh vegetables and fruits.
Remember using organic produce to get the most nutrients from your meals.
It is best to follow it twice a week for a month or longer if necessary.
You may lose up to 10 pounds in two week using this quick diet. However, t is not recommended to stay on this diet for longer than 3-4 days but you may repeat it again after a week or two if necessary.

3 Day Weight Loss Diet Menu
Breakfast
1 cup of low fat plain yogurt or 1 glass of warm water with teaspoon of honey.
Snack
1 glass of freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juice or couple of fresh fruits or veggies.
Lunch
Fresh vegetable medley and 1 glass of freshly squeezed fruit juice
Dinner
1 ½ cup of granola with fresh fruits, nuts and 1 glass of milk .
Upon the completion you may go back to your normal eating habbits, but do it gradually. Save cheeses, meats, poultry, fish for later. Follow vegetarian diet for at least a day after you get off this 3 day weight loss diet.
